The golf club is right next door and the beach 1.4 kilometres away. This 700 m² villa in Canyamel faces straight onto the valley, in one of the greenest corners of Mallorca's east coast.
The open kitchen, with a large dining table, flows into a modern living room and a terrace with valley views. On the ground floor, one bedroom has its own terrace and bathroom; a level below, three more are en suite and open straight onto the pool, which measures ten by four metres and is 1.90 m deep. In all, four en-suite bedrooms, five bathrooms and a guest WC. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an alarm and parking in front of the house. The stay includes membership of the Cap Vermell Country Club, 700 metres away, with an indoor pool, sauna, padel courts and gym.
Canyamel is a small valley between mountains running down to a sandy beach, with its medieval tower and the Caves of Artà close by. 900 metres beyond the Country Club is the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, with three restaurants. It suits golfers, walkers, or anyone who simply wants a quiet beach five minutes away.
