A villa right on the water in Cala d’Or

Cala d’Or is one of those corners of Mallorca you remember: quiet coves, whitewashed houses, and a pace that drops the moment you park. There, on a 4,500 m² garden plot, sits this villa. The house opens fully to the Mediterranean through floor-to-ceiling glass; the sea, the gardens and the mountains beyond reach into every room. Five double bedrooms, each with direct access outside and a calm, understated feel. The optional master suite crowns the house with 180-degree views over the sea and the pool. It’s the room for the guest you want to impress, or for switching off with no one to bother you.

Outside is where everything happens

The heart of the house is a 25-metre-plus infinity lagoon pool, with a waterfall and sunken chill-out zones set at water level. Head up to the roof: 227 m² with a lounge bar, sunbeds and the sea from end to end. This is where you’ll come each evening to watch the sun go, and where any party worth the name gets going.

Then there’s what almost no villa offers: private sea access and mooring for yachts up to 25 metres. Here, land and water don’t just meet — they shake hands.

Wellness, cinema and two kitchens

The wellness area brings together a gym, sauna, whirlpool and a yoga-ready terrace, all of it facing the sea. Indoors, the media lounge has a 3D cinema, Sonos surround sound and a fireplace — for a film night or for hosting in style.

There are two gourmet kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor, both fully kitted out. But ask anyone who has stayed here and they’ll tell you the best table is the one under the mature olive tree in the garden.

The villa bends to whatever you need — a holiday, a private event, or a film shoot. On request: private chef, yacht charter, massage therapists, yoga instructors, childcare, and full hospitality staff.

Restaurants, boutiques and marinas are a short drive away, and Mallorca’s airport is within easy reach. A sanctuary, yes, but also a good base for exploring the island.
