Timber-beamed porches, palm trees and a pool that looks out over the valley. Villa Bellavall sits in Sa Coma, a quiet hamlet next to Bunyola, gazing across open countryside to the peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana.
About the villa
The house has 450 m² over three levels and four air-conditioned double bedrooms. The master, on the ground floor, has an en-suite bathroom with a bath; the other three each have their own separately accessed bathroom. The lounge gathers around the fireplace, and the dining room opens to the terrace. In summer, life happens outside: porches and patios on every level, a stone outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, and a nine-metre pool open to the landscape. For children there are swings and table tennis, and pets are welcome.
Setting
Bunyola is a mountain village between Palma and Sóller that has kept its square and its pace. The vintage train to Sóller leaves from here (the station is about 17 minutes away), and Tramuntana walking routes start almost at the gate. There is a restaurant three minutes away. Palma and its airport are about 21 minutes off, and the north-west coast, with Deià and Valldemossa, is an easy drive.
