Lawns, olive trees and a long blue pool. Villa Camp Clar stands on a 6,000 m² plot beside the Vall d'Or golf course, between S'Horta and Portocolom, and from its terraces you can see the sea beyond the orchards.
The pool measures seventeen by eight metres, with an outdoor hot tub beside it, a daybed on the lawn and a shaded lounge. There are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (eight bathrooms in all): a master with a super king bed, three with king beds and baths, and a fifth that can be a double or a twin. Three suites have hydromassage baths. Each floor has its own living room; the lower one has a fireplace, and the dining room for eight sits under timber beams. Upstairs, a sea-view balcony seems made for long dinners. The house is wheelchair accessible and has an EV charger.
Portocolom is a fishing harbour turned quiet resort, known for its seafood and small coves. The villa is 500 metres from Vall d'Or golf and four minutes from S'Horta. Cala Marçal beach is nine minutes away and the Caves of Drach about twenty. Cala d'Or, with its marina, is close too. Palma airport is roughly 47 minutes by car.
