Sunrise, long days and sunsets, all from one terrace. Villa Capvespre was designed by architect Jano Blanco and sits among tall pines, facing south, with the sea on the horizon.
About the villa
The house has 550 m² and pure white interiors, with designer furniture and sliding glass walls that open onto the terrace. There are five bedrooms with king beds, white-marble en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, all sharing the same view. The twenty-metre pool runs along the terrace and can be heated, as can the sauna. Beside it, a pergola with a chill-out area and a table for ten looking out to sea. There is an outdoor gym among the greenery, a fitness room, underfloor heating, and a fenced, gated plot with olive trees and dry-stone walls.
Setting
The villa is 600 metres from a whitewashed inland village, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The coves of the west coast and some of the Balearic Islands' best-known sunset spots are a few minutes' drive away; the nearest beach is eight. The airport is about 22 minutes off.
