Twenty-five metres of infinity pool running into the lawn, and the sea beyond. Villa Cimera sits at the top of a large estate between Son Servera and Cala Millor, with no neighbours in sight and palms, olive trees, lavender and cypresses all around.
There are 722 m² over two floors. Downstairs, four twin bedrooms (three can be made up as doubles, and one opens straight onto the pool); upstairs, two suites with 200 x 200 king beds, bathrooms with bath and double basin, and private terraces facing the mountains. All six bathrooms are en suite. Living and dining share one open space with floor-length windows, and the long table seats twelve. Outside you'll find a vine-covered porch with a chill-out lounge, outdoor dining by the barbecue, an outdoor shower and table tennis. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, and underfloor heating and a fireplace keep the house warm out of season.
This is the green, rolling Llevant, far from the bustle of Palma. Sa Marjal beach is about three minutes by car and the village of Son Servera five; the Caves of Artà are twelve. Several golf courses lie within a few minutes, which groups travelling in spring and autumn tend to appreciate. Palma airport is around fifty minutes away, a drive our chauffeur covers on arrival and departure.
