Waterfalls in the garden, a huge pool and the lights of the town as evening falls. Villa Fontalta sits at the top of a hill, and every terrace takes in the old town and the sea.
About the villa
There are 800 m² over three floors, with a lift, and 600 m² of gardens. The pool covers 82 m², can be heated and is surrounded by a wooden deck with daybeds; next to it are an outdoor jacuzzi and a round table for twelve facing the sea. Inside are several lounges, a bar and a glass-roofed courtyard with its own natural waterfall. All six bedrooms are en suite (seven bathrooms), with air conditioning, fridge and safe; several have hand-painted headboards and hydromassage baths, and the master has a private terrace and direct pool access. The gym comes with a view.
Setting
Few villas in the Balearic Islands are this well connected: the airport is 14 minutes away and the nearest beach ten. The old town, the marinas and the island's best-known clubs are a quarter of an hour or less, so the house suits groups who want to go out at night and come back somewhere quiet.
