Pines, rock and the Mediterranean just below. Villa Nova Santa Ponsa sits on the seafront above the cliffs of south-west Mallorca, with the Santa Ponsa yacht club a short walk away.
The house has been renovated to a high standard without losing its original character. The living room has panoramic sea views, the kitchen is fully equipped, and meals happen indoors or on the terrace facing the water. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms: three bedrooms in the main house and two in a self-contained guest apartment, handy for grandparents, friends or your own staff. Outside, a well-kept garden, the private pool and generous outdoor spaces for lounging or dining in the open air. It sleeps up to ten.
Nova Santa Ponsa is a quiet residential area in the south-west, among pine woods and rocky coves. The yacht club is a few minutes' walk away, and Port Adriano, Santa Ponsa's golf courses and the beach are close by. Palma is about twenty minutes along the motorway, so the house combines sea and city without long drives.
