Pine-clad slopes, a long blue pool and the open sea beyond. Villa Pi Blanc stands high in a pine forest above a bay, and the water is in view from almost every corner of the house.
The infinity pool measures 25 by 4 metres and is framed by palms. Around it are two chill-out lounges, daybeds beneath the pines and outdoor dining for twelve above the bay. Inside, the living room is hung with contemporary art and opens to the terrace through sliding glass walls; there is a second sitting room in soft blues, a wine cellar and a white, minimal kitchen with breakfast bar. All five suites have private bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and air conditioning (seven bathrooms in all), and the master, open to the palms, has a freestanding bath. A private gym and a hydromassage bath complete the house.
The house is in one of the most sought-after areas of the Balearic south coast, on a pine-covered slope overlooking pebble coves. The nearest beach is twelve minutes away and the village, with its restaurants, six. The best-known beach clubs are under twenty minutes and the airport half an hour. Two members of staff live in separate accommodation on the estate.
