In Son Verí Nou, in the Llucmajor district, Son Sea sits almost on the sand. It’s a 500 m² designer villa where modern meets a warm, rustic touch — nothing overdone. Two floors, high ceilings and light pouring in. The floors are wood from end to end, and from the living room, through the huge windows, the Mediterranean is always there.
The house was made for up to eight people, with five bedrooms across the two floors. Room to breathe: bright, generous spaces built for switching off properly.
Outside is where you’ll want to spend the hours. The terrace has a lounge and a dining area, and from there you watch the sun drop over the sea — the reason lunch runs long. On warm days the large private pool sorts out the afternoon: sunbeds around it, and views of the sea and harbour just steps away.
