White walls and the Mediterranean straight ahead. Villa Albada sits on the waterfront within a gated hillside community, and every morning the sun rises right in front of its terraces.
It is a big house for a few: 600 m² with a lift and just three bedrooms, so six guests live with plenty of space. All three suites have king beds, their own bathrooms and access to a sea-view terrace; the 200 x 200 master has a shower, bath and double basin. The bright lounge opens onto the terrace, the indoor dining room seats ten and the kitchen has a breakfast bar. Outside, the infinity pool (heated on request) comes with loungers and a daybed, and a long shaded table seats sixteen, the place for lunches that run into the evening.
The villa is part of a guarded community with two golf courses, one of eighteen holes and one of nine. A small cove lies a few hundred metres away and the nearest beach is six minutes by car. The airport is about 23 minutes off. It is a quiet stretch of Balearic coastline, with the nearest village ten minutes away.
