Pure white, pine and sea. At Villa Puntal a vast terrace runs out to an infinity pool set on its own promontory, with the water shimmering beyond.
It is a compact, very bright villa: 250 m² over two floors, with an open-plan living space framed by sliding glass walls on two sides and a kitchen that opens to the garden. All four bedrooms are doubles with en-suite walk-in showers, air conditioning, TV and terrace access; the upper two have private terraces and sea views. Beds can be split into twins, so it works as well for families as for groups of friends. Outside, a pergola lounge with a sunset bar, a shaded dining terrace for ten and lawns beneath the pines. Staff live on site and take care of the daily cleaning.
The villa lies within a private hillside community above a Balearic bay. The sand-and-pebble beach has a restaurant and is 600 metres away, within walking distance. Nearby coves and a small clifftop village are about seven minutes by car, and the airport 27.
