About the model
The C8 broke with over 65 years of tradition: for the first time, the Corvette moved its engine to the middle, edging closer to what the Europeans do. It’s a 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V8, around 500 hp, with a dual-clutch gearbox and a 0 to 100 of about 2.9 seconds. The targa top comes off by hand. Precisely because you rarely see one on the island, it always turns heads.
